COMMUNICATIONS POLICY
If a product is damaged or missing when you receive your order, you must report the damaged or missing item to support@kandrgunworksllc.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. If you receive your item on a weekend, you must contact us no later than 4:30 P.M. CST/CDT the following Friday.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY
If you have placed an order with K and R Gun Works, LLC, and wish to change or cancel, please contact Customer Service at support@kandrgunworksllc.com prior to shipment of the order to avoid a restocking fee.
REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a full or partial refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must be in the original packaging, and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are non-refundable, such as perishable goods, newspapers, magazines, gift cards, downloadable products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Full Refunds
Refunds are issued in the same form of payment used for purchase. Please allow at least 7-10 days for your refund to be posted back to your credit card account. Please wait to see your next credit card statement before contacting us about your credit.
Partial Refunds or Store Credit
A partial refund or store credit may be issued for the following:
Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
K and R Gun Works, LLC will accept the return of new unused products and damaged products under the following circumstances:
Damaged Products
All returns of damaged items require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
Complete the Repairs and Returns form on our website, www.kandrgunworksllc.com, with all the required information.
When we receive the Repair and Return Form we will send you an RMA Number by email (or by phone, fax or mail if you did not provide an email address). After you receive the RMA Number, you ship the product back to us.
We must receive your damaged product back within 14 days of your receipt of the product.
You must follow the Return Instructions Applicable to All Approved Returns set forth below.
Fees for Non-Damaged Items
If items are returned to K and R Gun Works, LLC as “damaged” but we determine that they are “non-damaged”, we may charge a/or fee(s) as outlined below.
The following fees may apply to returned items that are “non-damaged”:
Re-Stocking: $30
Cleaning: $50
Labor: $50/hour
Shipping: Varies by Carrier
Missing Items
If an item you ordered is missing from the shipment, follow the steps below. Some items may not be allowed to ship together.
Check your invoice/email for multiple tracking numbers. If you have received all shipments, and are still missing an item, complete the Contact US form on our website, www.kandrgunworksllc.com, with all the required information. We will respond within a reasonable time after receipt of the Missing Item Form with recommended actions to resolve the problem.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL APPROVED RETURNS
Please make sure that firearms are not loaded, and no ammunition is in the package (live or fired).
The product must be shipped in a protective box. The product should be wrapped in bubble wrap or other similar packaging material to prevent movement and damage in the box while in transit. Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
You are responsible for proper return packing. K and R Gun Works, LLC is not responsible for damage caused in transit. We recommend you insure the package.
All returns may be subject to a $30 restocking fee. However, if the return is a result of a damaged item or our shipping or packing error, we will refund the full price of the product and shipping charges once the product is returned to us.
